I saw Katya a couple of years ago after having a few cortisone injections for the arthritis in my right thumb had worn off and my pain just got worse. If I could leave more stars I would. I was always a huge skeptic of alternative medicine and treatment. I have several medical issues, seizure disorder with massive headaches, celiac disease, and fibromyalgia. Then just before covid started in early 2020 I started having chest pain. It hurt so bad I couldn’t catch my breath. I took an ambulance ride, was hospitalized a few times had several tests nothing was obvious. It was debilitating. I couldn’t carry laundry, walk up stairs, or even pick up my son. This was the most intense pain and brought me to tears often..this went on for over a YEAR! I was told it’s likely costochondritis. My cardiologist finally said the next options were more invasive, let’s try acupuncture first. So I found myself at the Clinic, scared of how much needles would hurt. Well I can tell you after 6 or 7 visits in combination with the sun cycle diet Katya gave me to reduce inflammation, my pain is gone. Not a little gone..I mean gone. I even waited two months to write this just to see if it would come back. Just give it a try. The needles are tiny, and I almost never felt any of them. There is tranquil music playing, and I often fell asleep during treatment. The first two treatments I definitely felt relaxed but not a huge improvement of pain. After each treatment I felt progressively better. Katya really cared to make sure I was making progress. Then around visit 5 or 6 I was pain free. Now I’m able to get back to gardening, doing yoga, circuit training with heavier weights, and most importantly play with my 3 year old with zero pain. My advice..Just call! Gretchen will make you feel welcomed. Please don’t give up after one visit stick with the plan given to you..it’s worth it. Thank you!!!

So thankful for Katya’s personalized care for my daughter’s headaches. My daughter had a severe concussion 3 years ago that left her with constant headaches. After 6 weeks of treatment she has significantly less headaches and we’re so grateful!

I have had a shoulder issue for a number of years. I went to physical therapy for months. I had a cortisone shot which gave me relief for about 5 months but the pain returned even worse. The physical therapy would help me get my shoulder stretched during the day but I could not sleep, my shoulder would tighten up and throb at night. My doctor suggested I try acupuncture. I was skeptical initially but was at the point I would try anything. A family member recommended Katya. After a free consultation, Katya suggested twice a week for 6 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that the treatment worked. After about 4 weeks of treatment, my shoulder is close to pain free. I can sleep again. I also have 2 pinched nerves in my neck that stir up once the temperatures drop. Katya has spent the last few weeks also working on that. I have already felt relief. I can’t say if everyone would have similar results but I couldn’t be happier.
